Changes in the Vehicle Insurance Contract for Colleagues

This is to inform all esteemed colleagues that the esteemed Vice-Chancellor for Support and Development of the University has entered into an insurance contract with Arman Insurance Company for the benefit of our valued colleagues.

Arman Insurance Company has undertaken to insure colleagues' vehicles (Third-party liability insurance and vehicle body insurance) in installments and without receiving a down payment, in eight equal installments.

To obtain an introduction letter, colleagues can refer to the administrative affairs office, Mr. Behrouzi.

Furthermore, colleagues are required to bring the following documents to the insurance company in order to issue the insurance policy.

1- Copy of National ID card

2- Copy of vehicle registration card.

3- Original of the previous year's insurance policy.

4- Introduction letter form from the university's administrative affairs office.

5- Copy of the vehicle's technical inspection card for vehicles with more than two years of service (to apply a 10% discount, having a technical inspection card is required).
