Notice Regarding Supplementary Insurance

To all Units, Following the previous announcement, we inform esteemed colleagues covered by supplementary insurance that: To register dependents' information in the Sina Insurance Company system, their national identification numbers are required. Therefore, colleagues are required to submit the national identification numbers of their dependents (father, mother, spouse, and children) to Mr. Behrouzi in the Insurance Affairs office by the end of the administrative working hours on Sunday, October 19, 2014. It is emphasized that failure to provide the national identification numbers within the specified deadline will be considered as withdrawal from supplementary insurance, and the Department of Administrative Affairs will bear no responsibility for removing individuals from the insurance list.
