Issuance of Introduction Letters and Receipt of Medical Expense Documents for Employees

Notice to all esteemed colleagues: Effective October 23, 2014, supplementary employee insurance (issuance of introduction letters, receipt of medical expense documents) will be handled by Sina Insurance Company at the address: Alavi Street, Saheb Zaman (AJ) Alley. It should be noted that a representative of this company will be present at the university every Monday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM to receive invoices for employees' medical expenses. No supplementary insurance cards will be issued to any employees; the insured individual can utilize insurance services by visiting Sina Insurance Company and presenting their national code. The monthly premium per person is 150,000 Rials.
