• Collaboration with the University President in the optimal execution of duties related to the university's central units.
• Establishing coordination between activities and directing the current actions of the management units under the Vice-Presidency.
• Preparing and formulating the policies of subordinate management units within the framework of the university's goals, as well as communicating current resolutions and regulations to the relevant units.
• Close and continuous direct supervision of the administrative, financial, organizational, construction, and legal activities of the subordinate units.
• Direct supervision of the implementation of administrative and financial laws formulated by the competent authorities of the country and communicated to the university.
• Following up on the strategic plan of the Vice-Presidency of Support and Development in accordance with the university's strategic plan.
• Planning for the provision of the university's physical spaces in line with the higher education development plan and taking action regarding the provision of necessary construction credits.
• Holding tenders and concluding contracts with consulting and contracting companies for construction projects.
• Supervising the proper execution of construction projects, construction and installation contracts.
• Preparing and procuring all the necessary equipment and supplies for the university.
• Receiving specialized revenues through research contracts in accordance with laws and regulations and depositing them into the treasury at the Central Bank.
• Receiving public donations and depositing them into the university's public donation account.
• Close supervision of all purchases.
• Close supervision of all matters that have a financial impact and create obligations for the university.
• Issuing administrative notifications and assignments for faculty members.
• Supervising the preparation of monthly and annual reports of the Vice-Presidency and sending them to the University President.
• Issuing administrative, financial, and organizational circulars of the university.
• Supervising and following up on the legal issues of the university.
• Close supervision of the general policies and guidelines for human resource planning.
• Supervising matters related to the Productivity and Administrative Transformation Commission, the system for reviewing and accepting proposals, honoring clients, the executive board of organizations and non-faculty human resources, the executive committee of the Civil Service Management Law, the tender and auction commission, etc.
• Supervising the affairs of the university's central secretariat.
• Providing necessary justification reports to the University President and other relevant authorities.
• Performing other assigned tasks by the University President
