Workshop on Surveying the Employment Status of Graduates
A workshop on the survey of graduates' employment status was held.
This workshop was held on Wednesday, November 20, in the Shahid Seyed Saeed Mirbaharsi Hall of Lorestan University. The implementer of the survey is the Institute for Research and Planning in Higher Education, and the Budget, Organization, and Administrative Transformation Management of Lorestan University was the organizer of the workshop. In this workshop, Masoumeh Gharoun (from the Institute for Research and Planning in Higher Education) discussed several topics, including: credentialism, underemployment, the mismatch between the educational system and labor market needs, the unemployment rate of graduates, changes in unemployment status from diploma level and above, career guidance and balance in the labor market based on the relevance of academic fields to labor market needs, identifying job opportunities and monitoring the employment status of graduates, various approaches to surveying graduates, attention to career counseling for students, and more.
