Job Description of the Faculty Personnel Supervisor
1- Preparing orders for salary and benefit increases, rank advancement and promotion, transfer and assignment, employment, and changes in the employment status of university faculty members.
2- Establishing and reducing management allowances, establishing family and child allowances, human resources plans for those subject to mandatory military service, coefficients, dismissal, separation, educational assignments, sabbatical leave, and appointments.
3- Preparing orders related to leaves (entitlement, unpaid, and sick leave).
4- Performing all matters related to the employment and change of status of faculty members and issuing orders.
5- Preparing the necessary documents for submission to the Committee for Calculating Educational Records and sending correspondence for approval to the Vice-Chancellor for Education.
6- Performing all matters related to faculty members and responding to them.
7- Performing all matters that are communicated by the relevant manager.
8- Planning and supervising various affairs and supervising the activities and performance of supervised employees.
9- Providing reports on activities and performance to the superior manager upon request.
10- Responding to clients and superior managers.
11- Identifying, compiling, and revising the personnel processes of the faculty.
12- Performing matters related to the transfer and retirement of faculty members.
13- Studying, identifying, and proposing new methods in matters related to the unit to the management of faculty affairs.
14- Studying the laws and regulations related to the employment regulations of faculty members and expressing opinions on how to implement them.
