Job Description: Head of the Department of Recruitment, Appointments, and Promotions
1. Preparation of minutes of the sub-committee on job classification and organization of relevant documents for the promotion of specialized groups and sending them to the centers
2. Continuous study of the set of laws and administrative and employment regulations of the country – labor laws, circulars, and approvals in order to be fully familiar with their implementation
3. Issuance of personnel orders and contracts for official, contract, and temporary employees
4. Complete recording of employee attendance and absence
5. Preparing monthly reports for salary payments
6. Issuance of employment certificates and deductions from salaries, tuition discounts . . .
7. Responding to all personnel correspondence and referrals and addressing their affairs
8. Issuing attendance cards and maintaining and servicing the entry and exit device and updating the attendance software
9. Recording, calculating, purchasing, and announcing employee leave
10. Issuing and sending mission orders to employees
11. Calculating and organizing salary lists including shift allowance, food allowance, transportation, overtime, and . . .
12. Implementing all circulars related to personnel
13. Creating files and recording and archiving personnel and administrative documents
14. Preparing drafts of employees' orders, including appointment, group promotion, annual increases, job allowances, missions, etc., based on the necessary delegation of authority and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
15. Preparing drafts of contracts for temporary – contract personnel in compliance with relevant regulations
16. Preparing necessary reports regarding the retirement of individuals or individuals' requests for retirement
17. Updating personnel information in the system and updating the system
18. Performing matters related to the evaluation of university personnel within the framework of the determined instructions
19. Preparing various personnel statistics as needed and according to the opinion of the superior authority
20. Preparing the necessary documents and sending them to the center for changing employment status
21. Performing matters related to cooperation, insurance, and welfare and receiving cooperative credit loans for university personnel
22. Recording daily mission, daily eligible and sick leave in the attendance system
Performing employment affairs and introducing employees with the necessary qualifications to perform the desired jobs
